Warfare is such a dominant stat for physical damage dealers, everyone will be fighting over slots like belts, rings and neck items. Red is a good frontliner and can be a good summoner if you want fire damage dealing summons. Beast makes for a good strength based polymorph or sword/shield character. While your Necro might not be competing for armor with your archer or warrior, as soon as you get a +2 Warfare ring, everyone on the team is going to want it. And as far as gear competition goes, while that party does have a good spread of attribute needs, all four will be in competition for any warfare gear the party finds.
